Any product can be a bookable service, with the hours you work on each weekday, pricing per job, per hour or per person, deposits or payment in person, and confirmations and day-before reminders sent for you. A listing is for selling one of a thing — a car, a flat, a plot of land, a generator — with the fields that kind needs and a button that takes an enquiry, books an inspection or sells it outright. Every store gets one bookable service and one listing free; Premium, at ₦5,000 a month, lifts both limits.
Yes. When a shopper fills in their details at checkout and leaves without ordering, GOB logs it in your customer list with their contact details and everything that was in the basket. This happens on every store, free, so the list is already there if you upgrade. With Premium, GOB sends the follow-up emails for you: one an hour after they drop off and another a day later, in your store’s name, showing the items they left, a line of your own and a coupon code if you attach one. The link brings their basket back exactly as it was.
