Yes. Any product can be a bookable service, so a salon, photographer, cleaner, repairer, tutor or consultant can sell time instead of stock. You set the hours you work on each weekday, how long a job takes, how much notice you need and how many bookings one slot can take. Charge per job, per hour or per person, or give a “from” price and quote later. Customers can pay in full, pay a deposit and settle the rest on the day, or book with no payment at all. Confirmations and a reminder the day before go out automatically, and every appointment appears on your Bookings screen in the app. Your first bookable service is free, and Premium takes bookings on as many products as you like.

Yes. A listing is for a business that sells one of a thing rather than stock: a car, a flat, a plot of land or a piece of equipment. Each kind asks for the details that decide the sale, so a car asks for make, model, year, mileage and condition, a flat asks for bedrooms, toilets and service charge, and land asks for size and title document. You set the price with its period, such as rent per year or a shortlet per night, mark it negotiable and say where it is. Then choose what the button does: send you an enquiry, book an inspection, or buy it outright. Your first listing is free, and Premium lifts the limit.

If a shopper fills in their details at checkout and leaves without ordering, GOB logs the cart: who they are, how to reach them, and every item, variation and add-on they picked. They show up in your customer list under their own tab, so you can follow up yourself or put them in a group and send them a newsletter. With Premium, GOB emails them for you: a reminder an hour after they drop off and another a day later, in your store's name, with the items they left, a line of your own and a discount code if you attach one of your coupons. The link in the email brings their basket back exactly as it was. Every store collects abandoned carts from day one, so the list is already waiting if you upgrade later.

Yes. You can add variations to any product, such as Size (S, M, L) or Colour (Red, Blue, Black), and each variation can carry its own price and stock count.

Yes. You can set a custom SEO title and meta description for your store and for each product. Every store is also built to load fast, and page speed is itself a Google ranking factor.

Yes. You can connect a domain you already own to your GOB store for free. GOB gives you the DNS instructions and verifies the connection for you.

Customers can pay by bank transfer, debit or credit card, USSD, GOB Wallet or pay on delivery. Every payment is confirmed instantly and the money lands in your GOB wallet immediately.

GOB itself does not ship or deliver goods. Instead, your store has a built-in Shipbubble integration option: connect your own Shipbubble account and your store can quote live courier rates at checkout. Pickup and delivery are then carried out under the settings and agreements you have with Shipbubble, and delivery status updates flow back to your store automatically.

Wallet payments land in your GOB wallet the moment the customer pays. Card payments follow on the next working day, when the payment gateway settles them to GOB, and bank transfers as soon as you confirm them. You can withdraw to any Nigerian bank account, day or night, from ₦100, with a small transfer fee of ₦100 to ₦250.
